2. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products or services made on the LIFE® BY TDC website to consumers acting as individuals (B2C).
3. Products and services
The Website offers for sale high-quality dietary supplements, formulated from carefully selected ingredients, intended to complement the diet and support the body’s physiological functions, in compliance with applicable regulations.
The Products offered are designed according to high standards of purity, bioavailability and traceability, and do not in any way replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
The information, descriptions, compositions, usage advice and visuals presented on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.
Minor variations in presentation (including packaging, labelling or visuals) may occur without altering the nature, quality or essential characteristics of the Products.
4. Order
Orders are placed exclusively online via the website. Any order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and commits the customer to comply with them.
5. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). LIFE® BY TDC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
6. Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of order by the following methods :
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payments are secured via a platform compliant with current standards.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
In case of abnormal delay, the customer may request cancellation of the order in accordance with the law.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product.

9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is explained in a separate page entitled Privacy Policy, accessible on the website.
10. Warranties and liability
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
LIFE® BY TDC cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from improper use of the products, failure to follow usage instructions, or medical contraindications. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet.
No results are guaranteed.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent court closest to the registered office of LIFE® BY TDC, in accordance with Article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code.

12. Subscription-specific provisions
Certain products, particularly dietary supplements offered under the LIFE® BY TDC brand, may be purchased under a subscription model, according to the terms specified on the website and in these Terms and Conditions.
The subscription allows the user to automatically receive selected products at the frequency chosen upon subscription, in exchange for payment via a recurring payment processed by an authorised payment provider (including Stripe or PayPal).
Subscription plans offered
Two subscription plans are offered on the website.
a) Flexible subscription with no commitment (minimum duration of two months)
The flexible subscription is taken out for an indefinite period, with a minimum non-cancellable duration of two months from the date of subscription.
It begins upon order confirmation and renews automatically according to the chosen frequency.
After the initial two-month period, the user may cancel the subscription at any time, free of charge, from their personal account or via any other method indicated on the website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
b) Six-month commitment subscription
The committed subscription is taken out for a fixed, non-cancellable period of six months from the date of subscription.
During this period, the user agrees to honour all payments corresponding to the scheduled instalments. Early termination is not permitted except in cases of force majeure as defined by law.
At the end of the six-month period, the subscription ends automatically and is not renewed.
If the user wishes to continue receiving products beyond this period, they must subscribe again voluntarily.
Recurring payments and payment provider management
Subscription payments are made via automatic debits through the payment provider chosen by the user (Stripe or PayPal).
The user expressly authorises the provider to debit the payment method provided at subscription for the amount and frequency corresponding to the subscription.
Payment method management, modification or removal is handled via the user’s personal account or directly with the payment provider.
Cancellation rights and consumer information
In accordance with Article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code, where applicable, the user is informed of their right not to renew an automatically renewable subscription.
Where required by law, this information is provided in writing or electronically within a reasonable period before renewal.
These provisions do not apply to the six-month commitment subscription, which ends automatically.
Subscription management
Depending on the conditions specified on the website, the user may :
- change delivery frequency,
- temporarily pause an active subscription,
- or cancel it,
Within the limits of the subscription plan and subject to applicable minimum durations or commitments.
13. Satisfaction or refund : the LIFE® commitment
Because we deeply believe in the intelligence of the body, we have made a rare commitment : to give you time to truly feel the effects.
Our commitment
If, after a full 3-month course taken in accordance with LIFE® recommendations, you do not notice any significant improvement, we will refund you.
No unnecessary discussion. With mutual respect.
Why 3 months ?
The body is not an instant machine. Micronutrients act deeply : rebalancing, replenishment, cellular adaptation.
Three months correspond to the minimum physiological time required to allow :
- full nutrient absorption,
- measurable metabolic response,
- real and lasting effects.
This is also the period we consider fair and honest to evaluate the effectiveness of a high-quality supplement.
Refund conditions
The “satisfied or refunded” guarantee does not apply to orders made via affiliate links or ambassador codes.
To ensure fairness :
- the full 3-month course must be completed,
- the product must be used according to recommendations,
- the request must be made within 15 days after the end of the course,
- only one refund request per customer and per product is allowed.
